I asked Dr Elizabeth Hawkes, who did a lovely blepharoplasty for me last year, if she could recommend anyone in the area and she suggested Saj Ataullah in Manchester, who is based at the ‘Face & Eye Clinic’, and, specifically in York, Colin Vize.
