I’d say your best bets are laser or RF microneedling of some sort. As to which brand and best value… it’s hard to say. For me, it’s more about the person who’s using the device than the device itself, which is why I always suggest finding a great practitioner and seeking their advice because they’ll be able to take a look at you and take your concerns and your budget into consideration, and advise whether you’re a good candidate for a particular procedure. What you want is to get a good result, rather than just a cheap treatment. Having said that, clinics outside London are better value than those in Harley Street, where the overheads are higher.
