They’re brilliant. I’ve been on them for 10 years and wouldn’t be without them. Yes, they’re expensive – so if ‘normal’ HRT via your GP is an option for you, go for it.
But to be honest, if I had to prioritise/ economise, the hormone supplements would be the last thing I’d drop – because hormones have such a huge impact on how we feel, how we function and how we look. I find they help with everything from skin quality to being able to hold onto/ build muscle, as well as chasing away hot flushes and brain fog.
