I had my first lot of Profhilo and bruised in 2 areas. One of these bruises lasted 10 days. Do you think it’s safe for me to have my next lot?

Ah, bad luck – yes, it’s perfectly possible to bruise with any injectable treatment (because there are so many tiny blood vessels in the face that a needle might nick) and most bruises take up to two weeks to clear, plus some people bruise more than others… So yes, there’s no reason to not have the next round of treatment.
