I have DSAPS quite badly on my lower legs and have been prescribed many creams with little improvement. Is there any other treatment I could consider? I thought LED or similar might improve the appearance if not completely getting rid of the marks.

Hi, I was going to suggest you find a consultant dermatologist as I’m not a doc or derm and am totally unqualified to give you advice on this – but it sounds as if you have already tried that route. We have a number of dermatologists listed on our Practitioner Finder who might be able to help you if you wanted to try someone else.
