I have polymorphic light eruption that results in painful blisters on my arms and legs. I’m trying to find a sunscreen that provides a high level of protection against both UVA and UVB. Do you have any recommendations please?

One brand of sunscreen that I love (and so do many clinics and practitioners) is Heliocare – but if you’re talking arms and legs, you’ll be wanting to use a lot of product and one which is a great basic, and unfragranced and SPF50 is Altriust sun (£4 for 100ml)
