I take the Hey Nutrition collagen supplement. Would powder be a more effective way to take collagen and if so, which one? Many thanks.

I don’t know Hey Collagen in detail, but you need 8,000=10,000mg of hydrolysed collagen per day to make a difference, and the brand I’m keen on (because of the studies they have done, and because they have two patented molecules, one for collagen, one for hyaluronic acid, that work synergistically in the formula) is Totally Derma.
