Is ultracel 2 worth doing? I’m confused as I’ve seen it’s hifu with ultrasound but then at another clinic seen it’s with radio frequency? Are they the same thing, are they safe and do they work and worth the money?

ULTRAcel is a non-surgical skin-tightening treatment that uses high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) to treat concerns including a sagging brow, forehead wrinkles and nasolabial folds.

The difference between radiofrequency and HIFU is that radiofrequency is a type of energy derived from radio waves whereas HIFU is a type of treatment that uses ultrasound waves.

We have an article all about ultrasound treatments which you can read here.

Whilst any treatment has their risks, it is always important to find an experienced practitioner who can minimise that risk factor. Find a good practitioner in your area who can properly discuss your concerns and offer further advice.
