Your body is amazing. Could you please share your exercise routine on a daily/ weekly basis?
I do strength-training – i.e. exercises with weights – three times a week (online with ZanaMorris.com) which is expensive but I know I simply wouldn’t get round to doing a structured programme of push-ups, lunges, etc. if I didn’t have it booked into the diary, first thing in the morning, and I aim to do two or three yoga classes a week, too.
