Searching for an award-winning aesthetic practitioner you can trust? Look no further. Alice had a highly sought-after seat at The Aesthetics Awards 2026 (one of the most respected accolades in the aesthetics industry), getting the scoop on all the winners. From best clinic in London to best injectable result and medical aesthetic practitioner of the year, here’s who picked up the trophies (and are definitely worth keeping an eye on for your next tweakment appointment)…
The Aesthetics Awards are run by the Aesthetics Journal to celebrate excellence, innovation, and patient care across aesthetics in the UK and Ireland. Incredibly well-regarded within the industry, even being shortlisted is considered a big stamp of approval, with the 2026 finalist’s list packed with practitioners who are helping shape the future of aesthetics (and our faces).
The Tweakments Guide was proud to be the official consumer media partner for this year’s awards, and Alice was there on the night to chat to the nominees and had this to say about the event:
“The Aesthetic Awards are always a blast, and this year was no exception. Crammed into the plush surroundings of the London Hilton, 800-plus of the industry’s finest, somehow still on their feet after two full days of the ACE Conference at the Business Design Centre, glammed up and put their all into celebrating the nominees and winners. If anyone’s energies were flagging as the actual awards approached, the 90s-dance segment featuring Shane from Boyzone, Ben from Phats & Small, and Bradley from S-Club had the entire room on its feet, then host Rylan picked up the lively mood and ran with it in his warm and light-hearted style. Cracking jokes about how at least, at this event, he wasn’t the person in the room with the most tweakments, he chivalrously helped winners up on stage when their dresses were getting in the way, and when there was no room to fit in on the end of one group photo, he took his cue from Aesthetics Journal’s Jude Nowell and flung himself onto the floor to pose, propped on one elbow, in front of the group. Good times. And me? I kept myself busy interviewing finalists as they arrived and presenting an award later, and loved every minute.”

Now, without further ado, let’s get right into highlighting the worthy winners, starting with seven of the top prizes:
The Aesthetics Journal Award for Outstanding Achievement in Medical Aesthetics, supported by Healthxchange: WINNER: David Sines
A special mention from Alice goes to Professor David Sines, who received The Aesthetics Journal Award for Outstanding Achievement in Medical Aesthetics, supported by Healthxchange. Prof Sines has just retired from his second term as Independent Executive Chair of the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP), and the award acknowledges the tireless work he has put in over many years into the often-thankless task of inching forward the case for proper regulation of the aesthetic sector.
The Derma Institute Award For Best Aesthetics, Wellness and Longevity Clinic: WINNER: Esteem Life Medical Group
A new award for 2026, the trophy for Best Aesthetics, Wellness and Longevity Clinic, highlights the aesthetic industry’s increasing focus on not just looking younger but living longer and healthier for longer too. The inaugural winner was Esteem Life Medical Group, an exciting Glasgow-based clinic that offers everything from blepharoplasty and hair transplants to private GP appointments and vitamin drips.
The IBSA Award For Best New Clinic, UK & Ireland: WINNER: Hart Medical
There’s always something new and exciting happening in the world of aesthetics – not least the whole array of new clinics that pop up each year. But, how do you know which ones are just ‘new’ and which are breaking new ground? The Best New Clinic, UK & Ireland, award is a great guide, and if you want your aesthetic treatments to fit into a forward-thinking, longevity-based lifestyle in 2026, you might just want to check out the top award-winner Hart Medical, especially if you are London-based. There you can find an excellent offering of minimally invasive aesthetic and regenerative treatments for the skin, face, body, hair and internal wellbeing.
The Zenoti Award For Best Initiative/Strategic Project In Aesthetics: WINNER: British College of Aesthetic Medicine, Vet It Before You Get It
Brilliant aesthetic medicine isn’t just about incredible results; it’s also about exceptional patient education and safety. All of that – and more – is summed up in BCAM’s newest campaign, which gives individuals the confidence and tools they need to ensure they are seeing a well-trained practitioner for tweakments and even GLP1s. You can find out more about Vet It Before You Get It here.
The AlumierMD Award For Rising Star Of The Year: WINNER: Dr Bethany Rossington
The Rising Star category is definitely a group of practitioners to keep an eye on, not least because many of the nominees have gone on to become household names in the aesthetics industry. TTG-listed practitioners Dr Ben Taylor-Davies and Dr Jessica Halliley were among the shortlisted, with the ultimate accolade won by Dr Bethany Rossington, founder of the Renavé clinic in Retford. Dr Bethany is a GDC-registered dental surgeon and aesthetic practitioner, who is particularly celebrated for really getting to know and educating her patients so they can get not only the very best results, but feel their best after treatment, too.
The Evolus Award For Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner Of The Year : WINNER: Amy Bird
A fiercely fought category with so much talent on the nominee list, the Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner of the Year Award recognises the aesthetic nurse in the UK or Ireland who has significantly contributed to the aesthetics profession’s growth in the past year. In 2026, Amy Bird secured the trophy. She’s a highly skilled aesthetic practitioner with over 10 years of nursing experience, known for her super-natural-looking results as the founder of KAST aesthetics in Cheshire, and is also Chair of the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses (BAMAN).
The GetHarley Award For Medical Aesthetic Practitioner Of The Year: WINNER: Dr Anna Hemming

The full list of nominees included Dr Ana Mansouri, Dr Dev Patel and Dr Ahmed El Houssieny (names the TTG team already really trust), with the wonderful Dr Anna Hemming scooping the top prize. Dr Anna is known for founding the Thames Skin Clinic in Twickenham (which actually won the Aesthetics Award for Best New Clinic 2022) and for her particular focus on overall skin health as well as appearance.
