What is it? A New Zealand brand of salon quality hair products based on argan oil, known for its vitamins, fatty acids and hair-smoothing properties.
What’s the USP? Eco-certified organic, fairly traded and sustainably-sourced argan oil, blended with other natural ingredients such as jojoba oil, macadamia nut oil and evening primrose oil for a nourishing hair treatment. There is a Light Hair Oil which may suit better if your hair if light, fine or coloured (or all three).
Hero product? The regular Argania Hair Oil (from £3.99 for the travel size, boots.com)
How new is it? Launched last year, with skincare and sun-care ranges lined up for next year.
I’d try? The main oil – though if you like the “just-stepped-off-the-beach” look and prefer to buy a product rather than stickying-up your hair with home made salt water, then the Sea Salt Spray (£8.99) might be your cup of tea. As it were.
