What is it? An affordable, ethical range of ‘bio-organic’ skincare created by Claire Vero, who spent seven years working in skincare development for a multinational brand before setting up on her own.
What’s the USP? Natural ingredients in high-tech formulas that have been scientifically proven to give measurable results. And its probiotic ingredients, intended to help reduce inflammation in the skin, which Vero feels is the main cause of skin ageing.
Hero product? BioOrganic Cell Repair Night Oil (£45). Just gorgeous.
Why the name? It’s a pretty, feminine name that means ‘golden’ in Latin…and it translates globally, adds the pragmatic Vero.
How new is it? Brand new. Just launched in the UK this spring.
I’d try…? That night oil, though I also love the Miracle Cleanser (£32), which is light, creamy and aromatic with eucalyptus, rosemary and bergamot, so a sheer delight to use. www.aureliaskincare.com.
