Get set to glow: Glamglow mud mask

What’s the USP? A volcanic-minerals-and-clay concoction made to create glowing, camera-ready glowing skin, with old-Hollywood-style packaging.  Also, apparently, some people like to use it as a spot treatment.

How new is it? It launched in the US in 2011 and came over here last autumn

Why the name? Because it does what it says on the tin, and creates a red-carpet-worthy glow

What’s it like to use? Well, it is dark grey and gritty and it tingles like anything as it goes on…

Verdict?  …so it’s a bit of an acquired taste, but it works brilliantly, tightening as it dries and leaving skin smoother and brighter.
