Dr Haq is extensively trained: her medical degree and BSc were awarded by King’s College London, and her basic medical training completed in North London. She then worked on clinical quality improvement at Chelsea & Westminster Hospital.

Her training in ophthalmology was undertaken in the highly regarded Oxford and South of England deaneries, which led to Dr Haq being awarded the prestigious Fellowship of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists. Dr Haq now works as a registrar eye surgeon in Sussex.

In aesthetics, Dr Haq completed (the industry standard) Level 7 Certification at Harley Academy, and is well versed in a range of innovatory treatments, including Sciton laser therapies, microneedling, PRP, polynucleotides, dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle injections, and more.

Recognised in the aesthetics and ophthalmic fields as a rising star, Dr Haq has presented posters at the British Oculoplastic Surgery Society on periocular rejuvenation, spoken at industry conferences on the use of Sofwave for brow lifting, and published expert guidance in the Aesthetics Journal, which focused on pain-relief options in aesthetic procedures.
