Amy Bird is a highly skilled aesthetic practitioner with over 10 years nursing experience. Founder of KAST aesthetics in Cheshire, Amy is is dedicated to delivering natural and subtle results that enhnace and rejuvenate.

Amy Bird is an Independent Nurse Prescriber and the Clinical Director of KAST Medical Aesthetics in Sandbach, Cheshire. With over twelve years of experience in aesthetic medicine and a background in advanced injectables, skin health, and complications management, Amy is widely recognised for her clinical precision, compassionate care, and commitment to raising standards across the industry.

As Chair of the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses (BAMAN) and a Trustee for the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP), Amy plays a key national role in developing safe, ethical, and nurse-led aesthetic practice. Her work is underpinned by evidence-based medicine, extensive clinical training, and a belief that aesthetics should empower rather than alter identity.

At KAST, Amy and her multidisciplinary team provide tailored treatment plans using advanced dermal fillers, botulinum toxin, skin boosters, polynucleotides, biostimulators and world leading devices and medical-grade skincare to achieve natural, balanced results. The clinic is CQC-registered and renowned for patient safety, transparent consultation, and holistic aftercare.

Alongside her clinical work, Amy leads the Healing Beyond Appearance (HBA) initiative, offering restorative treatment for patients affected by unregulated procedures, and is now expanding KAST into integrative longevity and wellness care. Launching in 2026, this development will introduce IV therapy, hormone and nutrition programmes, women’s and men’s health services, psychotherapy, and regenerative medicine, bridging inner health with outer confidence.
