Dr Alison Brooks set up Mirabel Clinic in 2006 after completing advanced training in cosmetic injection and filler therapies at an expert training course run by a team of Consultant Plastic Surgeons. She completed her laser training in 2009. She is a member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine and the Aesthetics Complications Experts Group. She regularly attends conferences and training updates to learn about the latest advances in cosmetic medicine, laser and skin treatments.

Dr Alison Brooks and her team always offer free of charge initial consultations. This gives every client the opportunity to meet the practitioner, see the clinic and ask any questions before any commitment is made. It also means that the client can be advised as to the most suitable treatments which can be tailored to their individual requirements, as required.

Dr Brooks looks to subtly improve and enhance her clients’ natural looks and it is crucial to her that her patients are happy with their new results. It is her ability to listen and instil confidence in her patients that makes her so approachable.

Dr Alison Brooks qualified as a doctor in London in 1989 and spent the next few years working as a junior hospital doctor and then became a General Practitioner (GP) in 1996. Dr Brooks worked as a GP in various locations in the South of England and then became a salaried partner in Swindon in the early 2000s. She established The Mirabel Clinic in 2006 and left General Practice in 2014 in order to concentrate entirely on cosmetic medicine. Her background in general practice and her variety of experience gives her a natural empathy for her clients which leads to impressive results in her work.
