Dr Amrit Takhar is an experienced GP and cosmetic doctor offering bespoke aesthetic treatments in his clinics in Harley Street and Wansford , Cambridgeshire. He offers a wide range of injectable treatments including Juvederm, Belotero and Profhilo as well as cryotherapy and Plexr plasma treatments. He undertakes minor surgery of skin lesions at his CQC registered premises in Wansford.

Dr Takhar has been a General Practitioner for over 20 years and specialised in Aesthetic and Cosmetic medicine over the past 9 years. He trained at medical school in Birmingham and after completing GP training he gained a distinction in the Membership exam of the Royal College of GPs. He has been a trainer for 20 years and is an active researcher. He has taught on numerous workshops around the UK. He has always had a special interest in skin conditions and has been undertaking minor surgical procedures for over 20 years.

Dr Amrit Takhar has received specialist training in the use and administration of all products and treatments offered most recently undertaking masterclass training in London on advanced use of  dermal fillers

Cosmetic Medicine is a rapidly advancing speciality and new treatments and procedures are constantly being developed.  He researches all procedures before introducing them in the clinic and ensures that the treatment for each client is appropriate and carried out in the safest and most effective manner. Discerning clients generally want a natural looking result.

The treatments are carried out in a professional medical environment with support staff. He undertakes minor surgery treatments to remove moles, lipomas, cysts and skin tags. He undertakes Plexr/plasma and cryotherapy treatments in both Wansford and Harley street.

Patient feedback has encouraged Dr Takhar to expand his aesthetic practice. A particular strength is patient safety which is paramount within a medical setting.
