Dr Bryony Elder earned her dental degree from Leeds University and soon found her calling in aesthetics, specialising in non-surgical facial transformations. Over the years, she has expanded her expertise and skills working with diverse patients. As a lead trainer and Level 7 lead for Acquisition Aesthetics, she educates and inspires the next generation of practitioners.

Additionally, Dr Bryony Elder is a proud faculty member for Galderma, the pharmaceutical company that creates Restylane, Skinboosters, and Azzalure neurotoxin. This role allows her to stay at the forefront of advancements and innovations, ensuring that her patients receive the most up-to-date treatments.

Her commitment to excellence in aesthetic medicine extends to her involvement with the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP) education and training committee. Here, she helps shape the standards and guidelines that ensure safety and quality in aesthetic treatments across the UK.

Beyond Aesthetics Dr Bryony Elder’s passion for education and mentoring doesn’t stop at aesthetics. She has experience teaching student dentists at Newcastle Dental Hospital and also coaches with AM Mindset Coaching, helping individuals achieve their goals through a focus on practitioners’ mindsets in aesthetics.

Recently, she took on the role of Aesthetic Director for Pre-Salons London, overseeing the development and implementation of advanced aesthetic treatments. This role allows her to combine clinical expertise with a keen sense of aesthetics and customer service, ensuring an unparalleled client experience.
