His clinical approach is centred on evidence-led, personalised and multimodality treatment planning. His areas of professional interest include energy-based devices, regenerative and injectable treatments, skin health, longevity-focused care and the responsible integration of new medical technologies into clinical practice.

Dr Cemal began his medical career in surgical specialities, including roles in maxillofacial and breast surgery at University College London and St Bartholomew’s and The Royal London hospitals between 2009 and 2012. This surgical foundation informed his subsequent interest in precision, anatomy and comprehensive aesthetic treatment planning.

In 2014, he completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Aesthetic Medicine at Queen Mary University of London. After completing his GP training in Glasgow in 2017, he was awarded Associate Fellowship of the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management in 2019.

In 2024, he completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Digital Health Systems at the University of Strathclyde and an Executive Leadership Certificate at Babson College in the United States, further developing his work at the intersection of medicine, technology and healthcare leadership.

He is registered with the General Medical Council and is included on the GP Register. His professional affiliations include the Royal College of General Practitioners, Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management and Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners.

Dr Cemal co-founded Est-Ethics Wellness Clinic in Glasgow in 2020. The clinic received a series of national and regional awards for its work in medical aesthetics and multidisciplinary patient care.

His current clinical and leadership work is based at Esteem Life Medical Group in Glasgow, where he serves as Medical Director. The group works across private general practice, aesthetic medicine, wellness and longevity-focused healthcare.

Alongside his clinical work, Dr Cemal contributes to professional education, clinical evaluation and the development of evidence-led treatment protocols.

Started my skin journey a few months ago with est ethics in Glasgow and the team have been an absolute pleasure. Every single staff member has a smile on their face day in and day out and makes you feel so welcome and at ease. They never fail to come see how you are and if you need anything.

I have struggled with my skin for years (acne and scarring) and they have got me to a place where I am happy again. Dr Cemal has been ensuring each treatment is right for me and going through each step of the journey with me. I have had Dermalux, hydrafacials, co2 lasers, and IPL with Est-Ethics.

More recently I had fillers to rebalance my face. Thank you to every single one of the staff here for making this such a good experience for me and helping me get my confidence back.

I have been attending the clinic for over 6 months in a bid to get well and recover from a number of complex health problems after finding a lack of support and understanding from my own NHS GP,
which has been very frustrating with suffering from multiple health issues with Long Covid and after my Vaccines in 2021. Dr Cemal has been managing my case expertly and the support from his colleagues has been incredibly generous and helpful, I will continue to attend as often as I can to make a long lasting improvement with physical and mental health going forward. I find the care offered by everyone is second to none. Alp and Cemal, very understanding. Leanne the Clinic Manager warming on each of my visits and Asli, Leeanne and Robyn very supportive and caring with the treatments and procedures they attend to.
