Dr Elena Karnovitch
Dr Elena Karnovitch MRCP AFHEA has worked for many years in the NHS, mostly in intensive care and acute medicine, and in 2009 turned her attention to aesthetic medicine. She first discovered the impressive effects of anti-wrinkle injections in 2006, after which her interest and ability in the area developed fast.
Dr Karnovitch graduated from Vladivostok State Medical University in 1997 before going on to study gastroenterology and clinical nutrition at the St Petersburg Medical Academy of postgraduate studies. In 2000, Dr Karnovitch moved to the UK. She registered with the General Medical Council in 2002. She is also a member of the Royal College of Physicians.
It is very important to Dr Karnovitch that she stays up to date with all the latest developments in the field of aesthetics. She regularly undertakes studying and extra qualifications to ensure that she is offering the best possible service. She is a frequenter of many conferences and seminars all around the world and spends much of her time sharing her skills in discussion with colleagues.
Dr Karnovitch is a particular fan of wrinkle-relaxing injections and is certified to use them both for aesthetic purposes, but also in order to aid migraines and hyperhidrosis. Dr Karnovitch is also a certified practitioner in the use of fillers, biorevitalization, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, Dermaroller, PRP and thread lifts.
