Elisabeth Bester is a Canadian-born expert in fitness, nutrition, personal training, anatomy, physiology, pathology, and skincare. With over 17 years of experience and multiple qualifications, including two bachelor’s degrees and certifications in anatomy, physiology, pathology, and skincare, she has built a reputation for her precision in body contouring and her ability to create bespoke wellness and aesthetic programs tailored to individual needs.

I couldn’t rave more about Marlow Face & Body & in particular the CoolTech fat freezing. I was super conscious of my neck side profile as it was increasingly sagging & looked awful & quite ageing, I’m in my 50’s.
