As a member of the Royal College of Nurses, Elizabeth was elected to join a steering committee in 2001 with the aim of broadening education and setting standards and regulations for healthcare professionals in medical aesthetics. The standards provided a benchmark for safety in the fast-developing speciality and this original work has been embraced and evolved to become the British Association of Nurses.
Elizabeth Sweeney trained at St Bartholomew’s Hospital. Her post-grad training took place in Paris and London where she continues to run a successful practice alongside a clinic in Colchester, Essex.
With 24 years’ experience dedicated to the practice of medical aesthetics, Elizabeth has seen many changes and gained a wealth of knowledge in facial rejuvenation. She has trained using the latest and safest products, employing the most advanced techniques in dermal fillers, Botulinum toxin and medical grade skin care. Elizabeth works closely with the dedicated and skilled team of therapists at “Aspects of Beauty” in Colchester.
