In 2021, Hollie founded Balance Wellness in Rock, Cornwall, with a mission to create a safe, nurturing, and luxurious environment where patient care, safety, and excellence are paramount. Under her leadership, Balance Wellness has become a multi-award-winning clinic, recognised for its innovation, growth, and unwavering commitment to quality. Hollie is nearing the completion of her Level 7 qualification in Aesthetic Medicine, complementing her Level 5 Diploma in Cosmetic Dermatology. She has also actively pursued leadership training to mentor and inspire fellow entrepreneurs.
