A lovely warm welcome on arrival, as always Jen puts you at ease, whilst making sure your medical records are up to date, and no issues with your previous visits. Jen always explains the procedure, and takes the time to photograph your face beforehand. The procedure is fairly painless, and Jen reassures you she is there for you should you have any after concerns. The clinic is spotless, and it’s nice to take time out of a busy day to catch up with Jen.

Jen is extremely knowledgeable, we chatted through all the different ways to brighten and smooth my skin. After chatting I felt comfortable that Jen really understands what she’s doing, the ethics behind enhancing beauty and that my face would be in safe and well educated hands.

Absolutely amazing! After years of struggling with my tired under eye appearance and having spent months debating whether to get anything done, I decided to book my consultation with Jen. I didn’t know it at the time but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. I was very apprehensive but as soon as I met Jen I knew I was in the right hands. I was immediately made to feel at ease and given all of the information about the treatment options, and any questions I had were answered. The Tear Trough filler has completely changed how I feel about myself and my confidence has skyrocketed. I only wish I had done it sooner. I was so impressed with the results that I decided to go back two weeks later for Botox. Your work is absolute perfection and your eye for detail is amazing! Can’t recommend Jen enough!!
