Kelly Costello is the proud owner and founder of Fill Your Face Aesthetics, an aesthetics skin clinic situated in Faversham, Kent. Alongside its flagship location, Kelly has recently expanded her venture, setting up clinics in Ramsgate, Broadstairs, and Sandwich.

With a wealth of experience spanning over 22 years, Kelly, a registered nurse, has honed her expertise across various specialties including emergency and urgent care, intensive care, midwifery, and forensic nursing. Additionally, boasting a 12-year tenure as an independent nurse prescriber, Kelly recently acquired her teaching qualification and is on the brink of completing her masters degree.

Dedicating the last 14 years exclusively to the aesthetics industry, Kelly’s contributions have been recognized with accolades and publications in leading aesthetics journals. Grounded in principles of honesty, transparency, and personalized care, Kelly’s philosophy underscores the importance of managing expectations, prioritizing skin health, and advocating for simplicity and education in treatments.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Kelly relishes her role as a mother to her young daughter and dedicates her spare moments to crafting her dissertation for a masters in Public & Global Health.

Kelly’s background as a nurse assured me I was in very qualified hands.

Most importantly to me, Kelly listened to my concerns and explained what she could do to help. She did NOT just agree to treatments I didn’t need for the ff which speaks volumes about her, in fact she advised AGAINST certain treatments. She carefully watched my facial movements and expressions to assess the muscle movements and explained what could be done to address my concerns, never pressuring me but giving me the options and time to think about it and took really good care of me at all stages.

This was my first visit to Kelly ,she had been highly recommended by a friend. I have deep smokers line wrinkles despite being a non smoker,I explained to Kelly that I am a sports coach and have a whistle in my mouth for most of the day. Kelly explained why Botox wouldn’t be suitable as I still need to be able to blow my whistle so she opted to do a more suitable procedure and the results are amazing .Kelly was very professional and knowledgeable and I felt at ease with everything.

I was a bit apprehensive about having fillers and was not entirely sure what I needed and where!

Kelly talked through my options at length including the benefits, what to expect and importantly the possible side effects, enabling me to make an informed decision.

Kelly advised me on what treatments would help me achieve my goals and she was absolutely spot on & I couldn’t be happier with the results!! Highly recommend and I will most definitely be returning.
