Kelly is a qualified hair restoration, Scalp Micropigmentation technician and Aesthetic practitioner. She founded Scalp Confidential in 2017 to help meet the increasing demand from patients for alternative non surgical treatments.

Kelly is a proud Calecim Advanced Hair system ambassador and non surgical KOL. She qualified as an aesthetic therapist in 1994 and has worked within the hair loss industry since 2014.

Kelly offers a range of treatments to help treat or camouflage hair loss that can be carefully tailored to the needs of the individual patient. Treatments include Scalp Micropigmentation, Mesotherapy, LED red light therapy, Trichotest, Exosomes, Growth factor treatments including Calecim Professional, also various supplement
treatments such as Viviscal Professional and topical treatments.

Kelly works hand-in-hand with Hair transplant surgeons to deliver bespoke treatment programmes.

Her aim is to create a truly comfortable patient environment and deliver a service where clients feel they can discuss their hair loss concerns in complete confidence, Her aim is to achieve effective, realistic results.

Kelly was a finalist in the restoration practitioner of the year category of the Aesthetic Medicine awards 2024. She has won several industry awards for outstanding customer service. She has also written and contributed to several articles on hair restoration.

Some of the hair concerns that Kelly can treat include general hair loss or hair thinning, male and female pattern hair loss, Alopecia Areata, CCCA (Central Centrifugal Cicatricial Alopecia,) Post Partum hair loss, Scarring Alopecia and Telogen Effluvium.
