Libbie Wallace
Cosmetic Nurse
Years of Practice: 16
Libbie Wallace began her journey in aesthetics in 2012, honing her skills in various clinics. In 2018, she graduated with a Masters in Aesthetic Medicine from Queen Mary University London.
KOL Ambasador: Trainer at Cosmetic Courses
Originally from Australia, Libbie moved to London in 1998 after qualifying as a registered general nurse from Curtin University of Technology in 1993. She began her career as a theatre nurse, working across various specialties, including plastics, in Perth, Sydney, and London. In 2003, she qualified as a surgical assistant and, by 2006, was working as a cardiac surgical assistant for several eminent surgeons in London.
Growing up under the harsh Australian sun, Libbie developed a strong awareness of the importance of skincare, which sparked her interest in skin rejuvenation. This passion led her to transition from theatre work to a career in non-surgical facial aesthetics. She trained under leading experts in the field, mastering various aspects of medical aesthetics, including Botulinum Toxin type A injections, dermal fillers, Profhilo, Viscoderm Hydroboost, micro-needling therapy with SkinPen, chemical peels, and medical skincare.
In 2018, Libbie graduated from Queen Mary University of London with a Master’s in Aesthetic Medicine and decided to establish her own clinic. Her philosophy centers on providing honest and impartial advice, using high-quality products to achieve the best results for her clients. She is committed to staying at the forefront of aesthetic medicine, regularly updating her knowledge and skills through conferences and formal training.
Libbie is a full member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses, Royal College of Nursing, British Dermatological Nursing Group, Nursing and Midwifery Council, and Save Face. She is also a proud supporter of Operation Smile.
