Mr Branford graduated from Trinity College, University of Cambridge with a Masters of Arts in Natural Sciences and went on to continue his studies at the Royal Free Hospital of Medicine, followed by the University of London, which is where he received his PhD in tissue engineering in plastic surgery. During this time he was awarded a Surgical Research Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeons of England.
He has published over 60 articles in plastic surgery journals, presented his research at 40 national and international events, and written a number of chapters in academic textbooks. He is also Associate Editor for PRS Global Open, the world’s leading journal on plastic surgery.
