This was Medik8’s very first product and it’s still a bestseller because it really works.
Contains just 7 soothing ingredients including a patented one called teprenone which has been shown in studies to reduce redness by up to 30% after one month. And no fragrance.

You put 2-3 drops on after cleansing. It feels slightly oily because it’s in a jojoba oil base – all skin types love jojoba oil, even oily skin – and use it again in the evening. In the morning, follow it with sunscreen because when you’ve got irritable, inflamed skin, ultraviolet light will only make things worse by stirring up that inflammation.

Yes, they're absolutely worth the money. These brands – we call them clinical, medical-grade or cosmeceutical – have strong and effective products that can only be sold from clinics, so that your practitioner can advise what's best for you and how to use it, and then keep an eye on how you get on with the products, and adjust your regime accordingly. Medik8 actually also falls into this category – though it can be purchased from some skincare retailers, too – but it's a great brand with very effective products that a lot of practitioners like and sell to their patients.
