Do skincare supplements work? Yes, absolutely – as long as you pick the right ones. Here are some of my favourite supplements which I know are effective – from clinical studies as well as from my own experience.
Two of them are based on hydrolysed collagen – that’s collagen that has been broken up into fractions recognised by the body as useful, and which stimulate the body’s own collagen production too.
