Who is Shenaz?

Shenaz is our resident skincare specialist. With over 30 years of experience in the skincare industry, she has unparalleled expertise to offer. Shenaz has spent decades refining her knowledge of skin health, mastering the science behind effective skincare products, and staying one step ahead of the latest innovations. Her approach is rooted in a deep understanding of results-led skincare, focusing on products backed by solid scientific research.

Why do I need an online consultation?

It’s the simple route to keep up with the latest trends, innovations, and breakthroughs in skincare, and navigate the overwhelming variety of products and marketing claims out there.

How much does the consultation cost?

The 30-minute virtual consultation costs £40, of which £20 is offset against your first order in our Skincare Shop. On receipt of your bespoke product recommendations, you’ll get a £20 voucher to redeem against your skincare order. The consultation is not refundable. However, we’re confident you’ll love the personalised recommendations and will see real, tangible results. Shenaz’s recommendations will help you achieve visible improvements in your skin by following a routine designed specifically for you.

What’s involved in the consultation?

  • Step 1: Prepare for your consultation
    Gather the skincare products you’re currently using to show Shenaz during the session, and take a few selfies in good lighting so she can review your skin needs in advance. Then, find a comfortable spot in your home with good wifi and lighting for your consultation.
  • Step 2: Enter the virtual consultation room
    You can use your mobile phone, tablet, or laptop to enter the virtual consultation room and begin your online consultation. It’s easy and convenient, and we’ll send you full instructions upon receipt of your booking.
  • Step 3: During the consultation
    Shenaz will have already reviewed the photos of your skin beforehand to understand your needs better. So, now’s the time to get up close and personal. Tell Shenaz all about your current skincare routine, and any concerns you have. She will use your 30-minute session to thoroughly understand your skin and what you’re hoping to achieve.
  • Step 4: Personalised recommendations Following the consultation, Shenaz will provide a list of personalised recommendations tailored to your skin type, concerns, and budget. Remember, £20 of the consultation fee can be redeemed against your product recommendations in our Skincare Shop.
