WHAT EXACTLY ARE THE TECHNOLOGIES INVOLVED IN SECRET DUO? 

Specifically, the Secret Duo combines fractional radiofrequency (RF) microneedling with a 1540nm erbium glass laser.

RF Microneedling: The Secret RF microneedling system uses tiny gold-plated microneedles to deliver precise, controlled energy at various depths to stimulate and remodel your skin from the inside out. Unlike other RF devices which only deliver energy to the skin’s upper layers, Secret by Cutera works deeper in the dermis. Laser: With Secret Duo, this technology can then be combined with a fractional laser treatment.
