Having practised for over 20 years in her North London practice, Fiona is an expert in skin and nutritional therapy. She has been a qualified Skin Nutritional Practitioner and Medical Aesthetician for 30 years. Her philosophy is all about treating the skin from the inside out/outside in. For Fiona, to truly understand skin, it is essential to understand what is going on within the body.

Passionate about aesthetics, Fiona’s award-winning, bespoke treatments have become a hit amongst her long-standing, discerning clientele. After qualifying as a Nutritional Therapist at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in 2016, Fiona has since built up an excellent reputation with patients, as well as practitioners in her field. Patients describe Fiona as extremely professional and confident. Throughout all treatments, she is committed to achieving the best results possible and with the utmost care. With patient safety at the top of her priorities, Fiona will always ensure treatments are in their best interest at heart. She encourages them to work on treatment plans slowly at the start, working up to build the strength of the skin.

In 2016, she qualified as a Nutritional Therapist at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and has since developed a strong professional reputation, collaborating closely with Medical Aestheticians, Doctors, and Dermatologists through a referral system. Fiona’s approach is highly personalised, with treatments tailored to the unique needs of each client rather than a one-size-fits-all method.

As a graduate certified member of the Institute for Functional Medicine, Fiona works alongside a skilled team of Nutritionists and frequently attends international conferences, furthering her expertise in both Skin and Nutrition.
