Her journey in healthcare began in 1996 when Nicky earned her qualification as a general nurse. She initially specialised in bowel surgery and subsequently completed her midwifery training in 1999. With a strong commitment to maternal and neonatal care, she has dedicated her career to midwifery ever since. Nicky boasts an impressive 29-year tenure within the NHS, working across various acute care settings. In her final 13 years with the NHS, she held the pivotal role of Clinical Governance Lead, overseeing midwifery, neonatal care, paediatrics, gynaecology, and breast services.

Nicky’s expertise extends into the field of aesthetics, where she serves as an advanced Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber with six years of hands-on experience in both basic and advanced aesthetic procedures. She specialises in achieving natural-looking results, firmly believing that well-done treatments should leave people guessing how you managed to look so refreshed and rejuvenated without any telltale signs.
