After graduating from the Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine in 1997, Dr Preema gained extensive experience across a range of medical and surgical disciplines before qualifying as a General Practitioner and becoming a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2003. That same year, she began her training in aesthetic medicine, combining her medical background with a passion for enhancing natural beauty through innovative, evidence-based techniques.

Before establishing her private practice, Dr Preema spent a decade as Medical Director at Beyond MediSpa, Harvey Nichols London, where she led a multidisciplinary team and oversaw the care of thousands of patients.
