Dr Suha Kersh
Having graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 1991, Dr Suha Kersh is globally recognized as a leading specialist in cosmetic medicine and is now based at her own clinic, 23MD, in Chelsea, London.
Taking a holistic approach to health and beauty, Dr Kersh understands that each of her patients requires a different remedy depending on their stage in life, and she maintains that inner health is key to great skin, assessing general health issues as part of any care plan. Integral to her success is her ability to build relationships through in-depth consultation at the planning stage. Dr Kersh’s innovative 4D facial method restores visual harmony with careful non-surgical anti-wrinkle therapies. Using a combination of volumising, sculpting and lifting techniques with dermal fillers, she brings features back into focus and freshens skin, so that patients look and feel great, without any obvious signs of treatment.
23MD is a Specialised Cosmetic and Medical Boutique Clinic. They offer a synergistic approach for beauty and wellness based on scientific research and medically proven treatments and technologies.
They are the centre of excellence where men and women can explore cutting edge options to maintain their health and beauty. Dr Kersh and the team at 23MD aim to deliver the best possible care, in a convenient, comfortable and private environment, that surpasses your expectations.
Dr Kersh has pioneered a unique 4D technique to address these issues:
- General health and wellbeing
- Skin health
- Wrinkle depth and distribution
- Volume loss
A Medical Assessment is necessary to establish the existing health of your skin, while also providing necessary nutritional, lifestyle and hormonal advice to keep your skin functioning at its optimum level. Dr Kersh believes that facial features do not exist independently, but work together in harmony, creating a unique and wholly individual form of beauty. For this reason, she addresses the face ‘globally’ – and not in isolated areas – using a combination of treatments:
Dr Kersh uses Botulinum Toxin A (toxins) subtly and strategically, in order to target the areas of the face where muscle activity is at its greatest. This helps to soften the appearance of crow’s feet, frown lines, slackening of the jawline and even a drooping nose tip. Injected beneath the surface of the skin, toxins can restore a noticeable freshness to the upper face, while successfully lifting and tightening the jawline and neck.
Dermal Fillers can also be used to replace depleted collagen, which contributes to volume loss. In combination with Botulinum Toxin A (toxins), Dermal Fillers can help to restore plumpness and smoothness to the skin.
Medical technologies such as Ultherapy and BTL Exilis can also be used in combination, or alone, to further soften the appearance of lines and wrinkles while enhancing and rejuvenating the skin.
