You need 8,000=10,000mg of hydrolysed collagen per day to make a difference, and the brand I’m keen on (because of the studies they have done, and because they have two patented molecules, one for collagen, one for hyaluronic acid, that work synergistically in the formula) is Totally Derma. If you are on a budget – Absolute Collagen, Revive Collagen, Ingenious Collagen and Gold Collagen are all more affordable than Totally Derma, use decent types/ sources of collagen and have reasonable data to support their efficacy, so have a look at those too.

Hi, it looks like a new kind of mesotherapy product ie an injectable for improving the condition of the skin, which is different to injectable moisturiser treatments. I haven’t seen any data about how well it works and how effective it is.

Hello, can I first say it’s brilliant that you have committed to a good skincare range and SPF, it will make all the difference to your skin going forward, and please know that you are NEVER too old to benefit from great skincare, advanced facials and tweakments, and don’t let anyone tell you that you are! If you like and trust the practitioner who is doing your toxin, ask them what they would suggest by way of fillers.

Sounds like you might benefit most from a lower eye lift – you can search ‘oculoplastic surgeon’ on the Tweakments Guide register, you will find a bunch of brilliant eye surgeons – others who aren’t on that list but should be include Mr Naresh Joshi and Mr Daniel Ezra.

I haven’t tried the Ultra Duo but Skin Laundry is a great brand and they use great devices and train their aestheticians well, so I’d say it’s well worth a try.

Unless you really want to have electrolysis, I’d go for laser hair removal. If you’re set on electrolysis, find an expert via the British Institue and Association of Electrolysis Professionals 

Possibly, in that the Profhilo will have had a skin-conditioning effect, smoothing and hydrating the skin where it was injected, but it is unlikely to have had any significant tightening effect – but whatever, if the whole area is looking better, that’s great!

I find good quality omega-3 oils, liposomal vitamin C and hydrolysed collagen all help my skin quality, which is why I’ve added them to the TTG shop.
