Me and my Shelfie

What's on my bathroom shelves?  What’s on my bathroom shelves?

You’ll know now, having seen the beautifully arranged shelves in Catherine Zeta-Jones’s bathroom, that taking a ‘shelfie’ of your products is now quite the thing. So I thought in case you’re curious, I’d take you on a quick tour of what’s on my bathroom shelves at the moment. Every now and then I have to try out a specific skincare regime for work, but when I’m off the leash, as it were, these are the things I love to come back to.

My current favourites (apart from the ones on the sink, by the bed, in my handbag...) My current favourites (apart from the ones on the sink, by the bed, in my handbag…)

Yes, there are a lot of them and no, I don’t use them all at once and yes, I ought to be more disciplined and have just one cleanser/antioxidant/ hydrating serum/ night product on the go at once, but you know what it’s like. It’s more fun to play around.

I’ve put the video in below which gives you a brief rundown on what these products are, and a big old list of  where to find them. Just for interest, I added up the cost of all these and was amazed to find they total around £2,000 (amazed, because as you’ll see, they’re not all super-expensive. A bunch of them are from the brilliant range by The Ordinary where almost nothing costs over a tenner). And I should add that I’ve been sent almost all of these as press samples (not the bio-identical hormones, they cost an arm and a leg but they are worth every penny).
